Pension record

You can review your pension record in the My Pension service. The pension record contains the details of your employment in the private and public sectors as well as the pension-accruing benefits paid to you.

Pension decisions and what to do next

You will generally receive Keva’s decisions, such as pension and rehabilitation decisions, electronically. You can read the decisions both in the My Pension service and in the Pension and Rehabilitation app. If you do not use any public authorities’ online services, you will receive decisions from the authorities by post. Keva issues decisions only in Finnish or Swedish. The My Pension service and the Pension and Rehabilitation app are available only in Finnish and Swedish.

Acting on behalf of another person and guardianship

You can manage Keva matters on behalf of someone else if they are unable or do not want to do so themselves. This requires you to have been authorised by Suomi.fi e-authorisation or a power of attorney, or you are a guardian or have continuing power of attorney or are the guardian of a minor.
