Pension decisions and what to do next
You will generally receive Keva’s decisions, such as pension and rehabilitation decisions, electronically. You can read the decisions both in the My Pension service and in the Pension and Rehabilitation app. If you do not use any public authorities’ online services, you will receive decisions from the authorities by post.
Keva issues decisions only in Finnish or Swedish. The My Pension service and the Pension and Rehabilitation app are available only in Finnish and Swedish.

- By push notification, if you use Keva’s Pension and Rehabilitation app and have allowed it to send push notifications.
- Via Suomi.fi Messages, if you have activated electronic Suomi.fi Messages but have not used the My Pension service.

Check your pension decision
Check your pension decision and read the instructions attached to it. The attachments to the decision contain important information about matters such as taxation, payment, and other practical matters.
If you notice an error or anything that needs corrections, notify Keva as soon as possible in the My Pension service so that the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with the pension decision you have received, you can file an appeal.
