Keva’s Responsibility Report 2022 includes the key results of work with responsibility.

Keva’s three-year Responsibility Programme ended at the end of 2022 and from now on, responsibility and promoting it are part of the earnings-related pension provider’s strategy.

“We have summed up our strategy in the heading, “Sustainable Keva”. It can be characterised as a return to our mission, looking after the pension provision and pension funds of our customers.

The Sustainable Keva strategy is based on four cornerstones: we are a service-minded and cost-effective partner to our customers, we work sustainably and transparently, we safeguard sustainable pension funding and our work community is innovative, competent and healthy. These cornerstones also define the core of our responsibility,” Keva CEO Jaakko Kiander sums up in his review in the Responsibility Report.

Keva has published responsibility reports since 2017. The 2022 report covers four topics: responsibility for customers, investments and the personnel as well as Keva’s way of working. Development of the key performance indicators are monitored for a period of three years.

An English translation of the report has now been published.
