Pension recipients living abroad must notify Keva of their address each year. We will mail proof of residence letters to our customers in stages throughout the year.

If you live abroad and receive a pension from Keva, you need to notify Keva of your address each year. This applies even if you have not changed your address.

We will mail proof of residence letters to pension recipients in stages throughout the year. If you wish, however, you can notify Keva of your address online before you receive our letter. In this case, we will no longer send you a letter.

In any case, we recommend using the online My Pension service to notify your address. This is both quick and simple, and ensures that Keva has prompt and reliable access to the information required.
