CEO and Managing Director of Keva, Jukka Männistö has handed in his letter of resignation to Keva's Board of Directors on 30 September 2015. The reason behind the resignation is a crisis of confidence between the board and CEO Männistö.
"Unfortunately, Jukka Männistö's term is very short. I would like to thank Männistö for his cooperation with the board and for his role in implementing changes in the management of Keva," says Chairman of the Board, Ms. Anna-Kaisa Ikonen.
The resignation will be put into effect once the Council of Keva has approved it. The next council meeting is on 8 October 2015.
The Board of Keva will immediately launch the process to appoint a new CEO, who will most likely take up their post in spring 2016.
Despite the resignation of the CEO, Keva will continue to operate without disruption.
