The register extract can be sent directly to your computer through our web service or you can ask for it to be sent to your home by mail. The register extract shows your registered municipal employment and service contracts.
Ordering the register extract home by mail
If you do not have personal online banking passwords or an electronic ID card you can order your municipal register extract to your home by mail. You will receive the register extract in around two weeks following your order. The register extreact is only available in Finnish and Swedish.
You can order the register extract in one of the following ways:
- by sending an unofficial letter with your name, personal ID number, address and signature included. Send the letter to: Keva, Ennakkotiedustelut/kirjaus, P.O. Box 425, FI-00101 HELSINKI or
- by phone to Keva's register customer service +358 20 614 2573.
