You can transfer to an old-age pension when you have ended you part-time work, either at your personal retirement age or according to your own choice between the ages of 63 and 68. If you retire on an old-age pension before your personal retirement age your pension will be smaller than if you were to continue working until your personal retirement age.
Your pension will be recalculated when it converts from a part-time pension into an old-age pension. You need to apply for an old-age pension around two months before it is due to begin.
