The pension is paid regardless of the pension recipient’s country of residence and nationality into either a Finnish or foreign bank account. The pension is transferred to a foreign financial institution through a Finnish bank.
Report your foreign bank account number in writing
If you want your pension to be delivered to your bank account in a foreign financial institution we need an international IBAN account number and BIC code provided by the foreign bank.
Account information must always be reported to Keva in writing and the notification must be signed by the pension recipient personally.
Report your address information annually
If you live abroad permanently you should report your address information to Keva once a year. The notification must also be made even when your address has not changed during the course of the year.
We send a proof of residence to all pensioners living abroad annually in January. The easiest way to report your information is to return the proof of residence form with your signature to us. At the same time you can also report any changes in your address information.
