If your bank contact details change, please notify this in writing to Keva.
You can make the notification
1) by filling in a letter of attorney at the bank or
2) by letter.
Unfortunately we cannot accept bank account changes by phone or email.
The notification should include your name, personal ID number, your new account number, the bank’s name and your signature.
