Termination of spouse’s pension
The spouse’s pension is terminated if the surviving spouse remarries before the age of 50. In this case he or she will be paid three years of spouse’s pension as a lump sum.
If a surviving spouse who has turned 50 remarries, the spouse’s pension remains as before but no new right to spouse’s pension arises from the new marriage.
Termination of child’s pension
The child’s pension is terminated when the child turns 18 or he or she is given up for adoption.
