Keva handles the earnings-related pension matters of employees of local governments, the state, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland and Kela. In our online service, you can view your personal pension record, update your personal information and find information and instructions on how to apply for pension.

Retirement on old-age pension can take place flexibly between the ages of 63 and 68. If you are employed in the public sector and retire on an old-age pension, you may have what is referred to as an occupational or personal retirement age. The occupational retirement age is generally lower than 63 years, whereas the personal retirement age is between 63 and 65 years. In the Pensioners section you will find important information about, for example, pension payments and taxation, and about working while drawing a pension. You can also report any changes concerning your pension.
It is advised that you apply for pension two months before your planned retirement – either online or using a printed application form. The processing time for your pension will be quicker if you fill in the application online and send in the necessary attachments.
