Kiinteistö Oy Tampereen Pellavanlikka is an 8-storey block of flats completed in 2001, located in the new Tampella area, near the centre of Tampere. The area is bordered by the Tammerkoski rapids and Lake Näsijärvi, which is located beyond Paasikivi-Kekkosentie street.
All the services of the city centre are close at hand, just one kilometre away. A grocery store, school, post office, library, healthcare centre, maternity and childcare clinic and senior citizens’ service centre are all within walking distance in the Tampella area.
