Kiinteistö Oy Apollonkatu 10 is a 5-storey block of flats that was renovated for habitation in 1997. It is located on the corner of Apollonkatu and Vänrikki Stoolin katu. The property originally housed Tekniska Läroverket (Swedish Institute of Technology), the oldest section of which dates back to 1928. The planning paid special attention to preserving the character of the old building and to the protected facades.
