Selecting tenants

We select new tenants based on written applications. When we can offer a flat matching your requirements we will contact you by phone or e-mail. We offer the flats to one applicant at a time and schedule a showing with them. We are unfortunately unable to provide updates on the progress of the waiting list situation.

Our objective is to select tenants for new buildings so that the tenant composition is as varied as possible.

An important criterion for selection is the applicant’s housing need. If the applicant has been e.g. served notice to quit his or her present flat, the notice needs to be attached to the application.

We will check the credit information of applicants selected as tenants and require that the credit information and ability to pay rent be in order. In connection with signing the lease agreement, you need to provide us with a deposit equalling three months worth of rent.

In some of the flats we adhere to income limits and selecting tenants is based on the applicant family’s housing need, assets and income.

We do not rent these flats to companies for company flats.
We follow the same principles in renting the flats to companies as for renting to private persons. The application requires the tenant’s personal ID number. We also check the tenant’s credit information.
