Who is eligible for vocational rehabilitation? 

You can apply for vocational rehabilitation at Keva if you are working in a municipal, state or church job or your last job was for a municipality, state or church.

Eligibility for vocational rehabilitation requires that 
  • you are less than 63 years old 
  • you have an illness which is threatening to make you unfit for work in the next few years 
  • your career can continue through vocational rehabilitation and the incapacity to work is averted or delayed 
  • your earnings from your work are at least 31 492,14 euro (at 2011 level) for the five years preceding your application for rehabilitation
  • you have trained for a profession and have several years’ work experience
  • you do not have the right to vocational rehabilitation under accident insurance or motor liability insurance.
