The kinds of vocational rehabilitation Keva supports

Keva’s means of vocational rehabilitation consist of work trials, job coaching, vocational training and business subsidies.

Work trials and job coaching

If you are returning to work following a long sick leave or you plan to switch to a new task, you can receive support in the form of a work trial.

A work trial can be carried on as job coaching if your task requires a professional skill that is new to you.

Vocational training

If work that is suitable for your health situation cannot be arranged at your workplace or on the basis of your previous training and work experience, Keva can support you in training for a new profession.

Business subsidy

You can receive support for starting up entrepreneurial activities in the form of a business subsidy. Keva can provide assistance in establishing your own company.
